  i would have given this bakery more stars,, had they kept the nice man that used to be last year at the service counter, when you order food all i see now is the women service and they don't seem to be very friendly at all,, i miss the friendly man they had there last year. food and coffee is good but the women that work there have trouble hearing the customers,, please bring back the nice man that was there last year then i would change the review to five stars

  Bought a black forest cake for my mums birthday. Nice cake but having cherry decorations does not make it a black forest. Should be chocolate with cherries in it, not vanilla cake with strawberry cream. I won't go back again.

  Purchasing from here for many years BUT over the past 6 - 12 months I have noticed a marked reduction in the quality of the items. Last Tuesday I once again tried their Chocolate Donut which is a favorite of mine, only to find when taking the first bite it was not only very, very cold a if it was newly defrosted, but it was also extremely dense and stodgy. Totally disappointed. I must add that when I took it back to complain, although the person in charge declined to speak to me, my money was refunded by the salesgirl who was very pleasant and quite embarrassed.

  Had a pretty bad experience recently watching an older woman criticising a young staff member in front of the customers! Shocking form! I won’t be spending anymore money there sadly.

  Terrible food. Bad service. To be honest I have never been to this place I just feel angry so I am going to take it out on this bad review.
