  Dreadful experience. Went to this florist thinking I would get better quality of flowers than Woolworths for a gift for my mum. Was so embarrassed when I unwrapped flowers for my mum to put them in a vase, the petals started coming off the bouquet I purchased. Upon closer observation, some of the main flowers had brownish tinges on many of the petals Called the store, lukewarm response but was told they would "exchange" the bouquet. More embarrassment as my mum then had to return to exchange the flowers. Put flowers in plastic bag to return to florist so that the dropping petals wouldn't go into my mums car or all over the shopping centre into the florist. Staff member at the florist told my mum " You know you aren't supposed to put fresh flowers in a plastic bag". Mum showed her the petals falling off the flowers when she took them out of the bag. Replaced the big flowers with the brownish tinged petals with some "fresher ones" from the fridge (which had less brownish petals) and replaced some of the fillers for the bouquet. Not quite good enough as when I went there that evening to see the "exchanged" bouquet I saw the fillers had begun to wilt and drop. Turned out the bouquet lasted 3 days. No flower food given either. At least at Woolworths it is clearly labelled when the flowers are a little old, are at a reduced price and supply flower food. This florist charges full price for flowers that clearly aren't fresh or well maintained in store. Very disappointing and would not recommend or go back to them.
