  The skin they use is incomparable to any other store, and in a bad way. It's usually really crunchy and bland, and dripping with oil (more than usual)

  Staff are very well trained and well mannered. They were flat out busy/perhaps understaffed and they were offering free drinks to people who were waiting. Some cheap skates took what was offered but some decent people thanked the staff for their hard work and knocked back the free stuff.

  The customer service needs to get better, they stand around waiting for chicken to be made for one order, leaving other customers waiting, just poor productivity.

  Food was hot and it arrived quickly and everything I ordered I received. The new interior after the recent renovations look very nice.
