    Great customer service getting my 75 year young father ported from another carrier for JUST a pre-paid plus a phone, took the time to help transfer his numbers from sim card, good knowledge from the sales person, nice personality, I'll look to them when it's my time to upgrade.

    Rude not helpful to busy discussing their finger nails what the hell is customer service these days, quickly palmed off from one to the other will never shop there again.
